Daggerd (ダガード Dagādo) is the second boss of R-Type Leo and is encountered at the end of Red Hot Desert. The players will come across long energy chains before the boss itself shows up. It opens its whole body to reveal large turrets that show large Bydo Shots or orange projectiles directly at the player's position.
